#Review cost, consumption and consumption per unit of output separately

Review cost changes, consumption, specific consumption and system cost separately. Define the service scope, measurement boundary, time, operating conditions and cost basis before deciding which changes require explanation.

Compare outcomes before and after action under comparable conditions, explaining changes in output, prices, shifts or maintenance. A higher bill can start an investigation but alone does not establish lower efficiency or a realized improvement.

#Trace recommendations to execution and actual outcomes

Retain input versions, recommendation basis, approver, actual action and exceptions, then review results. An unexecuted recommendation is not a realized improvement.

Retain measurement methods, comparison conditions and remaining uncertainty so customers can review the basis for the reported benefits.

#List product, site-preparation and ongoing-service costs

List product and professional-service fees, site preparation, integration, training, maintenance and changes, including who bears each cost and when. Compare effort and improvement potential within the same task scope.

Pricing, observation periods, outcome verification and purchase combinations are agreed for the specific work. Customers may start with diagnosis and planning or proceed directly to an already defined improvement task.

Supported conclusion
A like-for-like comparison with recorded actions.
Unsupported conclusion
Full attribution without a baseline, consistent scope or execution.
Next step
Collect decision-relevant evidence and agree observation and stop conditions.

Confirm before adoption

Which outcomes are compared before and after action, and are measurement boundaries, conditions, output and cost comparable?

What is required for adoption, site preparation, configuration, training and continued use, and who bears it?
