#Who approves the plan and carries out site work?

Customers define goals and site conditions, understand the basis and approve key actions. The product supports records, calculation and comparison; professionals review methods and exceptions; customers or existing partners perform agreed site work.

Recommendations, approval and execution have separate responsibilities and records. Automation and equipment-control scope depend on the task and actual capabilities; website demonstrations do not change equipment state.

#Define permissions by role and asset scope

Check who can view data, change configuration, approve actions and maintain models. Shared professional methods retain separate arrangements for each site’s data, parameters and access.

Specify data purposes, authorized people, storage, handover and support. Requirements for security features or certification are checked against the current product and deployment evidence.

#State rights to data, configuration and deliverables at handover

Agree access and usage rights separately for customer data, professional knowledge, site configuration and new outputs. Handover and migration also need field definitions, versions, ownership and costs.

For migration, first identify exportable data and configuration, adaptations needed by the destination system, validation work and responsibility for costs.
