#Reuse shared methods and configure site conditions separately

Professional models, object definitions and application methods can form a shared foundation. Assets, data, parameters, permissions and operating requirements remain site-specific.

Check applicability at each new site. Inheriting a model does not prove the new inputs are correct or that the same outcome will follow.

#What do Be Water, partners and customers each provide?

Be Water provides agreed energy and operations expertise, product configuration and support. Partners organize customer relationships and site service; customers and site teams confirm goals, conditions and actions. Partners may also use the product directly.

Handover includes understandable configuration, instructions, exception routing, tasks and change records. Site or partner staff handle appropriate everyday issues, with clear professional support for exceptions.

#What needs rechecking at the second site?

Separate unchanged models or work methods from changed assets, measurement, network, permissions, organization and contract. Validate differences rather than cloning the first site’s parameters.

A new person successfully taking over is stronger evidence of handover than file delivery alone. Extensions also need versioning, regression checks and ownership boundaries.

Confirm before adoption

Which assets, data, time boundaries, permissions and roles differ from the first site?

Who handles everyday use and exceptions, and how will actual work confirm the handover?
