Make industrial expertise part of everyday operation

Select quality, equipment or energy applications through Industrial Platform, or use AI Workforce to coordinate recurring work with the tools your team already has. Adopt either product or combine them.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Start with a defined quality, equipment or energy task

Industrial Platform · Industrial foundation · New Be Water release in development
AI Workforce · New product in development

Start with a defined quality, equipment or energy task. Identify the records, users and systems involved, then agree the first application, permitted AI actions and acceptance checks.

For a first project, confirm the available product version, demonstration or evaluation materials, delivery scope, usage rights and timetable with us.

An energy-record check, from inputs to follow-up

Quality traceability connects materials, process conditions and inspection results. Equipment applications monitor conditions and support diagnosis and maintenance. Energy applications reconcile consumption and compare operating arrangements.

Choose the work that needs better evidence, less repeated effort or more consistent follow-up. The example below shows energy-record reconciliation; it illustrates one application of the shared data and calculation foundation.

Report extract: calculations and open questions

ComparisonCalculation and finding
Calendar month versus bill150.0 − 144.0 = 6.0 MWh, but the periods differ. This is not a like-for-like difference.
Aligned main meter versus bill144.6 − 144.0 = 0.6 MWh. Metering, billing boundaries and record differences remain to be checked.
Main meter versus available submeters144.6 − (80.0 + 50.0 + 10.0) = 4.6 MWh. S-B is incomplete, so this is not a confirmed loss.

Consider related operating decisions together

Equipment, production, quality and energy influence one another. Industrial Platform relates the relevant equipment, processes and records so selected applications can compare conditions and share inputs. AI Workforce can coordinate resulting tasks where needed; suitable existing systems remain in use.

A utility example shows how specialist calculations compare operating options while preserving production requirements. Quality and maintenance applications use their own methods and acceptance criteria.

Keep what already works

Keep useful production, laboratory, maintenance, energy, data and AI systems. Data can remain in its source platform; the application needs authorized access to the records for its task, not an automatic replacement of the existing data platform.

Agree whether results return through a configured interface, file import or export. Retain the official work-order or production record in the appropriate system and identify any additional entry required. Confirm actual source versions, permissions and compatibility in the initial scope.

Use methods with relevant industrial experience

Team members’ projects at previous organizations include quality traceability, equipment monitoring and diagnostics, and industrial energy improvements. Select methods that fit the process and equipment, and assess adaptation where conditions differ.

From a result to a completed task

Agree the initial task, its users, source records, outputs and permitted actions. Read-only analysis, recommendations for confirmation and validated execution within authorization are distinct choices. Connecting data does not authorize changes to records, work orders or equipment settings; existing interlocks and control responsibilities remain in place.

Identify who provides operating knowledge and access, maps interfaces, checks results and maintains the application. Customer operating and technical teams, qualified implementers and the relevant specialists contribute according to the selected task. Be Water is responsible for its supplied products and contracted work.

Test a representative task, including missing records and an exception. Compare time, rework, unresolved differences and all customer, partner and specialist effort with current practice. Check energy, quality or equipment improvements separately under comparable operating conditions.

Agree what you are buying and who will support it

Define initial fees for the selected software or applications and any configuration, integration, specialist adaptation, acceptance and product-use training included in scope. Ongoing terms identify software rights, runtime or hosting, updates and support.

Assign product support, method maintenance and site work separately. Include the customer’s preparation and operating effort when assessing total cost. Later tasks or sites can reuse suitable configurations and methods, with new conditions, licenses and support scope checked for each extension.

Bring a task your team repeats

Tell us what the team does today, which records and systems it uses, and what needs to improve. A sample of the workflow is enough to begin; full production data is not required for the first discussion.
